Jennifer Lopez’s $50 Million Mansion Deal Falls Apart at the Last Minute
Jennifer Lopez is still searching for a buyer for the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Ben Affleck.

According to TMZ, a potential buyer recently agreed to purchase the property and put down a substantial deposit. However, the buyer reportedly backed out of the deal on Tuesday for reasons that have not been disclosed. That leaves Lopez and her real estate team once again trying to find someone to take the luxury home off her hands.

Lopez and Affleck purchased the sprawling mansion in May 2023 for nearly $61 million. The home includes 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, making it one of the more extravagant celebrity properties currently on the market.
The couple separated roughly a year after purchasing the home and finalized their divorce agreement in January 2025. The mansion was initially listed for approximately $68 million in July 2024, but the asking price was later reduced as the property remained unsold.

The latest asking price is around $50 million. Even with the substantial reduction, finding a buyer for a property of this size and price has apparently proven difficult.
For now, the mansion remains on the market—and Lopez will have to wait a little longer before officially closing the door on this chapter.
