Silent Disco Returns to Klyde Warren Park With Hip Hop, Latin & Top Hits

Looking for something different to do in Dallas this August? 

One of the city's most unique outdoor parties is making its return.

Silent Disco is back at Klyde Warren Park on Thursday, August 14, giving music fans the chance to dance beneath the Dallas skyline while choosing their own soundtrack.

Instead of listening through traditional speakers, everyone receives a pair of wireless headphones at check-in. Throughout the night, you'll be able to switch between three live DJ channels featuring Top Hits, Hip Hop, and Current Latin music. The color of your headphones changes depending on the channel you're listening to, making it easy to see who's dancing to the same music as you.

Beyond the music, organizers say guests can also enjoy pop-up vendors, including Red Bull, Polar Beverages, Protein Pints, and Unwell Beverages. Fans 21 and older can also purchase a ticket package that includes Mi Cocina's famous Mambo Taxi.

How Does a Silent Disco Work?

After checking in, you'll receive a wireless headset and wristband. Three DJs perform live at the same time, each broadcasting on a different channel. With the push of a button, you can instantly switch between:

• 🎧 Top Hits
• 🎧 Hip Hop
• 🎧 Current Latin

One of the fun parts of the night is watching the crowd. Because each channel is represented by a different headphone color, you'll quickly see groups of people dancing to completely different songs—even while standing right next to each other.
