Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Add a New Touch to Their Iconic Look

Some things in Dallas are instantly recognizable. The downtown skyline. The star on a Cowboys helmet. And the blue-and-white uniform of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Now, one of North Texas' most famous looks is getting a little extra sparkle for the 2026 season.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have added an official pair of earrings to their uniform for the first time, making the Kendra Scott Bella Stud part of their game-day look.

A Small Change to a Dallas Tradition

Don't expect the famous white boots, blue blouse or star-covered vest to disappear. This isn't a makeover of the uniform DCC fans know.

The change is much more subtle.

Previously, cheerleaders could wear small pearl or diamond studs. For 2026, they'll have an official standardized pair: the Bella Stud from Texas-based jewelry company Kendra Scott.

The silver earrings feature cubic zirconia surrounding a crystal center, adding some shine without dramatically changing the traditional DCC appearance.

For an organization where seemingly every detail of the uniform has become part of the brand, even something as small as an earring is notable.

Why the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders' Look Matters

The DCC uniform has become much more than something worn on an NFL sideline.

For generations of Cowboys fans around Dallas-Fort Worth, it's part of the team's identity. And the popularity of the Netflix series America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders has introduced the squad—and everything that goes into becoming a member—to an even larger audience.

The classic uniform isn't going anywhere. It's just getting a little more Texas sparkle.

That's what makes this particular update interesting.

DCC Director Kelli Finglass said the goal of an accessory isn't simply decoration. In announcing the collaboration, she described the new earring as a finishing touch intended to refine the overall look rather than distract from it.

In other words, this isn't about reinventing one of Dallas' most recognizable uniforms. It's about adding one carefully chosen detail to it.

There's a Whole DCC Jewelry Collection, Too

The official uniform earrings are part of a larger Kendra Scott collaboration inspired by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

The collection includes necklaces, bracelets and additional earrings incorporating familiar Texas and Dallas imagery, including stars and designs inspired by stadium lights and game-day energy. Current DCC members Allison Khong, Camille Sturdivant, Jenna Waller and Kylie Dickson appear in the campaign.

But it's the Bella Stud that gets the distinction of actually becoming part of the DCC uniform.

And when you're talking about a look this closely associated with Dallas, that's a pretty big distinction for a very small accessory.
