Dallas Burger Week Is Back With $8 Burgers Across North Texas

If you’ve been looking for an excuse to eat your way across Dallas this week, this is it.

Dallas Burger Week  2026 is giving burger fans across North Texas a reason to eat out this week. From August 17 through August 23, participating restaurants across Dallas, Addison, Plano and other parts of DFW are serving special $8 burgers.

Some of the $8 Burgers You Can Try

The official Dallas Burger Week passport includes a wide range of specialty burgers.

Burger Schmurger in East Dallas is serving the Big Schmac, made with two smashed patties, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and Schmurger sauce.

At Heim BBQ Dallas, the Farm to Smoker Burger combines a brisket-ground beef patty with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions and Heim’s secret sauce on toasted sourdough.

In Addison, The Hub Sports Bar and Grill is offering a Taco Burger topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and melted queso. Nearby, Ron’s Place has a patty melt with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese and spicy mustard aioli on Texas toast.

Hunky’s is going spicy with a Jalapeño Popper Burger, while NADC Burger is serving its wagyu-beef NADC Single. In Plano, Patty Lou’s Smashburgers has the Hatchback Smash, featuring two Wagyu smash patties, pepper jack cheese, roasted Hatch chiles, onion rings and Hatch sauce.

Eat Burgers, Win a Backyard Party

There’s also a prize attached to all that eating.

Every participating $8 burger can give diners an entry toward the Dallas Burger Week grand prize: a catered Backyard Hamburger Party for 30 people from The Hamburger Man. The official rules require diners to photograph their burger, submit an entry form and follow the designated Dallas Burger Week and North Texas Food Bank social accounts.

Daily Burger Week giveaways are also planned throughout the event.

Burger Week Supports the North Texas Food Bank

Dallas Burger Week also benefits the North Texas Food Bank. The official passport notes that nearly 800,000 people across the 12 North Texas counties served by the organization face food insecurity.

There are a few things organizers want burger hunters to know.

The $8 deal covers the featured burger itself, so sides and drinks are generally extra. Restaurants may also run out of their Burger Week special on busy days, and hours, availability and ordering rules vary by location. Organizers recommend checking the official passport before heading out.
